Free Cosplay Entry Requirments
  1. Character Accuracy: Cosplays must resemble the chosen character by at least 60% in design. Skin tone and body type are not considered in this evaluation.
  2. Bodysuit Policy: Cosplays consisting solely of a skintight bodysuit do not qualify for free entry.
  3. Number of Cosplays: Cosplayers must register with two (2) different cosplays to be eligible. Each cosplay must include a character reference image.
  4. Age-Based Entry: Cosplayers aged 14 or under will be granted free entry at the gate without the need for online registration.
  5. Registration Deadline: Online cosplay registration will close 3 days before the event date. Late entries will not be accepted.
  6. Gate Entry Deadline: The cosplay entry gate will close 4 hours after the event begins. Arrivals after this time will not be eligible for free cosplay entry.
  7. Accurate Information Required: All registration forms must include the cosplayer’s own First & Last Name, mobile number, and email address. The Kuwait Cosplay Club (KCC) is not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect information.
  8. Entertainment Organization Clause: Cosplayers who are affiliated with entertainment organizations (e.g., dancers, performers, or actors hired by the event) will not be eligible for free entry through the KCC cosplay registration.
  9. Rule Compliance: All registered cosplayers must abide by the official cosplay rules to maintain eligibility for free entry.
General Cosplay Rules
  1. Respect Cultural and Religious Sensitivities: Please avoid cosplaying characters or personas that include religious symbols or themes, including depictions of angels, devils, or deities.
  2. No Political or Controversial Figures: Cosplays of real-life public, political, or controversial figures are not allowed to keep the space neutral and inclusive.
  3. Weapon and Prop Safety: Any prop resembling a weapon must be clearly marked with visible bright tape, remain unloaded, and have batteries removed for safety. Props containing metal spikes, sharp edges, or pointy objects are strictly prohibited to prevent injury.
  4. Cross-Dressing Policy: Male cosplayers are not permitted to wear feminine attire or cosplay female characters.
  5. Appropriate Coverage: Costumes must provide full coverage from above the chest to below the knees.
  6. Material Transparency: Costumes must not use see-through fabrics in revealing areas.
  7. Footwear Required: Shoes, boots, or appropriate foot coverings must be worn at all times.
  8. Modesty for Skirted Costumes: Cosplays that include skirts must be worn with opaque (non-skin-tone-colored) shorts or tights underneath.
  9. Bodysuit Guidelines: Skin-tight bodysuits should not be overly revealing or transparent.
  10. Prohibited Uniforms: Cosplays that resemble official Kuwaiti military or law enforcement uniforms are not permitted.
  11. Noise Control: Live instruments, speakers, and sound amplifiers are not allowed unless the instrument is clearly a prop and not functional.
  12. Hygiene: Please ensure good personal hygiene out of respect for your fellow attendees.

  1. Privacy & Confidentiality
    • All submitted information will be handled with the utmost privacy and discretion.
    • Male applicants will be reviewed exclusively by male staff, and female applicants will be reviewed exclusively by female staff.
    • Personal details such as first name, last name, and profile photo will not be visible to the individuals reviewing the forms to ensure unbiased and genuine evaluations.
    • The Kuwait Cosplay Club (KCC) will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
  2. Accuracy of Information
    • You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
    • The KCC is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the applicant.
  3. Eligibility & Registration
    • Submitting this form does not guarantee free entry or participation; eligibility is determined based on compliance with all Cosplay Rules and Free Entry Requirements.
    • Cosplayers affiliated with entertainment organizations (e.g., dancers, actors, or performers hired by the event) are not eligible for free entry through KCC.
    • Registration deadlines and entry cut-off times will be strictly enforced.
  4. Safety & Conduct
    • All props must comply with safety guidelines. Props containing metal spikes, sharp edges, or pointed objects are strictly prohibited.
    • Any prop resembling a weapon must be marked with bright tape, remain unloaded, and have batteries removed.
    • All participants must maintain respectful behavior toward attendees, staff, and other cosplayers.
    • Failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the venue and loss of eligibility for future free entry privileges.
  5. Liability
    • Participation in the event is at your own risk. The KCC and event organizers are not liable for personal injury, lost items, or property damage during the event.
